At Mighty Moto, we're committed to building products that riders can depend on. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Launch Edition Pre-Orders

The Holeshot Trainer Launch Edition is sold as a pre-order.

By placing a preorder, you are reserving a unit from our first production run and securing your place in the fulfillment queue.

Estimated shipping begins in August 2026.

Production is already underway, and orders will ship in the order they are received.

We'll keep customers updated throughout production and email tracking information as soon as orders ship.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Because this is a Launch Edition preorder, orders may not be canceled once production has begun.

By placing your preorder, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

If you have questions about your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Returns

Due to the limited nature of the Launch Edition preorder, returns are generally not accepted simply because you changed your mind.

However, if your Holeshot Trainer arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every Holeshot Trainer includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

If something isn't right because of the way we built it, we'll repair or replace it at our discretion.

What Isn't Covered (The Fun Part)

Let's be honest...we know motocross kids.

Our warranty unfortunately does not cover:

  • Running it over with your pit bike.

  • Leaving it on the starting line and forgetting it.

  • Launching it across the garage after a bad reaction time.

  • Using it as starting blocks.

  • Your little brother "just seeing what happens."

  • Your dog deciding it was the world's most expensive chew toy (although there are probably more expensive chew toys out there).

  • Washing it with your riding gear.

  • Pressure washing it because "it looked dirty."

  • Dropping it off the tailgate.

  • Trying to wheelie or jump over it.

  • Dad accidentally backing over it with the camper.

  • "It survived...until my friend wanted to try."

  • Any attempt to determine whether it's actually "roost proof."

  • Leaving it outside during the mudder.

  • Normal cosmetic wear from regular use.

Basically...

If it lost a fight with a motorcycle, truck, trailer, lawn mower, sibling, pet, water, or gravity...that's probably on you.

If you're not sure whether something is covered, just reach out. We're riders too, and we'll always do our best to take care of you.

Shipping

Estimated shipping for Launch Edition preorders begins in August 2026.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Every Holeshot Trainer is assembled, tested, and packed before it leaves Mighty Moto.

While we strive to meet our estimated shipping timeline, manufacturing schedules, supplier delays, shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery dates.

If we're delayed, we'll tell you. No disappearing acts.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Mighty Moto is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance afterward, we'll gladly help however we can.

International Orders

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

Mighty Moto is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

We are actively working toward testing and certifications required to expand into additional international markets as quickly as possible.
